How much does it cost to reupholster a sofa?
It depends on the size and style of the sofa, the fabric you choose and how much repair the frame, springs and foam need. Send us a few photos through the quote form and we'll give you a free quote.
Is it worth reupholstering rather than buying new?
For a well-made piece, usually yes. A solid hardwood frame will outlast most new furniture, and reupholstering costs a fraction of a comparable quality replacement while keeping the piece you love.
Can upholstery be repaired?
Absolutely. We can repair the existing fabric, reupholster the piece in new fabric, and repair and restore the wooden parts of the furniture.
Can you repair a leather sofa?
Yes. We repair tears and cracks, recolour faded or worn leather, and replace panels or fully re-cover in new leather where needed.
Do you restore antique furniture?
We do. Our workshop handles antique restoration, French polishing, veneer matching, joint and frame repairs, and traditional upholstery with springs, horsehair and felt.
